What helps us fix it fast
- Your phone model and whether you play the Play Store app or the website.
- The seed of the life (the start menu shows it, and it is in the address bar on the website).
- What you tapped just before the problem, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot if you have one.
Common questions
My save is gone
Saves live on your own device. Clearing the browser or app data removes them; we cannot restore them, because we never had them.
Plus did not unlock
Open the game once while online and try the Restore option in Options. If it still fails, send the Google Play order number.
A name on the board is offensive
Tap the flag next to it. Names reported by many different players are censored automatically.
Refunds
Refunds for Plus go through Google Play within its refund window; after that, email us and we will look at it.
