In DECADES you can send a report from inside the game: Options, Help and support, Report a bug. Or email hello@aevest.net with the details below.

Which game, your phone model, and whether you play the Play Store app or the website.
For DECADES, the seed of the life (the start menu shows it, and it is in the address bar on the website). For Spellnest, the chapter and the level number.
What you tapped just before the problem, and what you expected instead.

How to join

DECADES is on Google Play. Search for DECADES: Money Life Simulator, or open the link on your Android phone, and install it. Updates arrive on their own.

If you were a tester

Thank you. You keep the app and your saves, and updates now come from the public listing. If the Play Store shows a problem, email hello@aevest.net with your phone model. The browser version keeps working too (on Android phones it ends at age 30).

My save is gone

Saves live on your own device. Clearing the browser or app data removes them; we cannot restore them, because we never had them.

Keep my lives off the board

Every finished daily or random life goes on the weekly board under your display name. To stop it, open Options, Online leaderboard and choose Off. You can still read the board.

A name on the board is offensive

Tap the flag next to it. Names reported by many different players are censored automatically.

Spellnest questions

Where is my progress?

In the browser you played in, on that device. There is no account and no save code, so clearing the site data or changing phones starts a new game. The daily puzzle is the same for everyone, so a new device can still play today's.

Clues and Letters

A Clue explains the puzzle's money word and never gives away letters. A Letter uncovers one square. Letters are rare on purpose: finishing chapters earns them, and once a day you can trade eight clues for one letter when you have none left.

Does Spellnest cost anything?

No. Spellnest is free in the browser, with no account. The Spellnest privacy page says exactly what leaves your device.

Anonymous results

Spellnest can send a daily solve-time band and word counts for the community goal, under a token that changes every day. Switch it off any time with Share anonymous results in Options.

One address, two games

Both games live on aevest.net, so clearing this site's data in your browser removes the progress of both games at once. To start one game over, use the reset inside that game's Options instead.
